Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Hertunba. We strive to provide high-quality, sustainable fashion inspired by Nigerian indigenous textiles.
To uphold our commitment to sustainability, all items marked as final sale are not eligible for exchange or return.

Returns
To initiate a return request, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unaltered, unwashed, and in its original condition.

It must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returned items must be received by us within 30 days of the delivery date to process your request for alterations or exchanges. Please note, sale items are not eligible for return.
Refunds
At Hertunba, we do not offer refunds, except in cases where the item arrives damaged. For such instances, you must provide physical proof of the damage.
If a return is approved, you may be offered store credit or a refund. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from any refunds provided.
Exchanges
If an item is eligible for exchange, you will see an option in your account to select an exchange and be provided with further instructions and terms. Items worn or with tags removed cannot be exchanged under any circumstances.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
